All Maxia products are covered against manufacturing defects. In order to have access to our guarantee you must provide the purchase receipt or invoice. On our website you have a link to the REPAIRS section where you can request both repairs covered by warranty (determined by our technicians) and for accidental breakages

Repair costs
Due to manufacturing defect (determined by our technicians) - No repair or shipping costs
Other motives:
- Tip or middle sections - 60€
- Butt section - 90€
TEXTILES

Due to manufacturing defect (determined by our technicians) - No repair or shipping costs.
Other motives:
Given the great variability of textile products, we cannot determine a repair cost. Repairs will be invoiced based on the time and materials used. You will be provided with an estimate that you must approve before carrying out the repair. In any case, the minimum cost of a textile repair will be €30.
All these prices include tax. Shipping is excluded and will be budgeted and charged on invoice before shipping. Transportation costs to our workshops will be borne by the client.
All shipments will be made prepaid via Pay Pal or bank transfer.
